Setting up and monitoring equipment

  • THESI Shop offers the possibility of adding any type of equipment that users can order. To help them make their choice, a description and images can be added.For greater visibility, the various items of equipment can be classified and ordered in categories. Track your equipment stock: indicators help you know when you need to renew your stocks. You can also adapt your orders according to the stock available for each item of equipment.

Managing incoming orders

  • A summary of the order is available, offering the option of modifying the order or cancelling it at any time. Orders can be adjusted according to available stock, and the requester can be alerted accordingly.

Simplified logistics with QR codes

Our teams simply scan a QR CODE with a smartphone or tablet to change the status of an order.

Example: a courier scans the QR CODE to mark the order as delivered.

Automatic e-mail notifications

A workflow for the entire cycle means that you are automatically notified by email of the progress of your orders.
