Blood Donor On Line enables pre-donation questionnaires to be completed electronically. The questionnaire can be completed by the donor from a website or mobile application, either at home or at the blood collection site (fixed or mobile), before donating.

Fully customisable questionnaire
Blood Donor On Line comes with an administration module for building and customising the questionnaire. It is possible to add optional questions which are only displayed depending on certain previous answers.
Connectivity with EdgeBlood
On arrival at reception, the donor is identified. If the donor has already completed their questionnaire, the secretary can scan the QR code generated by Blood Donor On Line. If the donor has not completed his questionnaire, the secretary activates a questionnaire via Edge Blood.
The donor can complete the questionnaire on the spot using a tablet or computer provided. Once the answers have been completed, the information from the questionnaire is entered into Edge Blood.
Electronic signature module
Once the questionnaire has been completed, the donor must sign it using an electronic signature module. This module can collect the donor’s handwritten signature if they use a touch-sensitive tablet.
Doctor interface
Blood Donor On Line works with different administration interfaces. The doctor interface allows the questionnaire to be re-read by a doctor during the interview with the donor. If necessary, the questionnaire can be modified by the doctor. The donor and the doctor sign the questionnaire. Two other administrator accesses enable the donor’s vitals to be recorded and the barcodes on the blood bags to be scanned.
Managing the donor file
Blood Donor On Line can be used to manage the donor queue. The doctor or collection supervisor has access to the list of donors who have completed their questionnaires and are waiting for the pre-donation interview. As the workflow progresses, the donor’s status is updated in the application using a tag and queue system.
Multilingual management

PDF archiving or not
Depending on the settings chosen, a PDF of the donor questionnaire can be archived on a secure server or the questionnaire can be permanently deleted.
Paperless management
The solution eliminates the need for paper documents, simplifying information management and reducing environmental impact. Digital document management also means that data can be accessed more quickly and organised more efficiently.
